Camellia oil%seperating oil and dregs
采用机械压榨法获取油茶籽油,通常都会伴有大量的残渣。试验采用直接加热法和加水加热法对压榨油茶籽油进行处理,通过比较2种方法对压榨油茶籽油中油和渣分离的效果。试验得出,采用加水加热法山茶油的含水率虽有所增大,但其色泽较浅,酸价及过氧化值有所降低,油的质量较好。

Camellia oil pressed from Camellia seeds usually had a mass of dregs. Camellia oil was han- dled by straight calefaction method and watering calefaction method whose effect of separating oil and dregs in Camellia oil were compared by experimentation. The result indicated that the moisture content of oil increased with watering calefaction method, but the color of oil was lighter with decreasing acid value and peroxide value, and the quality was better.
