通过使用不同浓度3-吲哚丁酸(IBA)处理插条对香花油茶(C.oJmantha Ye Cx,MaJLetYeH)全光照歇喷雾扦插方法进行了研究。结果表明:用浓度高于1000mg/L的IBA速蘸处理香花油茶插条能有效的促进插条生根,当浓度在1500-3000ms/L生根率较高,超过90%。生产上香花油茶全光照间歇喷雾扦插繁殖IBA的使用以1500mg/L速蘸108为宜。

By using different IBA concentrations to deal with cuttings of Camellia osmantha, the full light intermittent spraying cutting method was studied. The results indicated that the method of using IBA concentration higher than 1000mg/L to deal with cuttings of Camellia osmantha could promote the rooting of cuttings, the rate of which was the highest with the IBA concentration ranging from 1500 mg/L to 3000 rag/L, more than 90%. It was appropriate that full light intermittent spraying cutting of Camellia osman- tha dipped rapidly into 1500 mg/L IBA for 10 seconds in the production.
