大学生就业难已是不争的事实,大学生就业问题受到社会的广泛关注,国家和社会也在积极寻求解决办法。而农村女大学生就业难问题除了劳动就业方面外,还附带有劳动力市场上的性别歧视及对农村基础教育的冲击问题。文章主要从农村女大学生就业难的现状出发,分析了这一社会问题的成因,指出了农村女大学生就业难所带来的不利影响,呼吁政府、社会、企业及高校对这一社会现象应高度重视,并提出解决这一难题的对策。以期最终实现农村女性在就业中的平等待遇。

It is an indisputable fact that university graduates are having difficulties in obtaining employment,which has caused wide public concern,and the whole society is actively seeking for solutions.Among the reasons of rural female university graduates' difficulties in obtaining employment,there exist the sex discrimination in the labor market and the impact on rural basic education besides the problem of labor employment.This paper is mainly based on the current situation of university graduates' difficulties in obtaining employment,analyzing the social causes of this problem.The paper points out the bad impacts brought by the problem,calls for the attention of the government,society,enterprises and universities,and also puts forward the solutions to this problem in the hope of the realization of equal treatment of rural female in employment.
