株洲是长株潭“两型社会”建设综合配套改革试验区的重要组成部分，服装产业在株洲国民经济发展中具有重要意义，株洲要想发展的更好更快就必须把服装产业做大做强。本文基于产业竞争力的相关理论，采用SWOT法分析株洲服装产业竞争力的现状，指出了株洲市服装产业发展存在的问题，提出了一些促进株洲市服装产业发展的对策。

Zhuzhou clothing industry have both advantages and disadvantages. In order to enhance the competi- tiveness of Zhuzhou clothing industry, the following countermeasure should be taken, such as: improving the in- dustrial chain, processing clothing deeply; integrating middle and small clothing processing enterprises, remediat- ing clothing business market surrounding environment; increasing the support of policy and funds as well as the support to local clothing processing industry; guiding the clothing business households and processing enterprises to take the road of brand autonomous; seizing the opportunity, taking the road of industry cluster and aggregating the production factors; implementing the talent Project, abandoning the family management, implementing modern enterprise system.
