采用微波消解法对茶叶进行消解,在电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)最佳条件下测定了3种茶叶中11种无机元素的含量。在优化实验条件下,方法的检出限在0.0098-0.0521μg/L之间,相对标准偏差在0.31%-6.06%之间,回收率在94.8%-110.8%之间。

The elements in teas digested by microwave are detected by inductive coupled plasma mass spectrum( ICP-MS ). Under optimum conditions, the detection limits are in the range of 0. 0098 to 0.0521 μg/L ,with the relative standard deviations of 0.31 to 6.06% , the recoveries are 94.8 -110.8%. The method was simple,fast,effective with low work intensity which suggests that it's an effective method for multi-element determination of tea.
