经过亚硝化、催化加氢、缩合、醚化和关环等五步反应,设计并合成了两个新型 4-羟基-3-喹啉羧酸酯类抗球虫化合物.新化合物的合成具有合成路线短、产率高、原料易得、易实现工业化等优点.所有化合物的结构均经1H NMR,IR 和 HRMS 等方法确证.
經過亞硝化、催化加氫、縮閤、醚化和關環等五步反應,設計併閤成瞭兩箇新型 4-羥基-3-喹啉羧痠酯類抗毬蟲化閤物.新化閤物的閤成具有閤成路線短、產率高、原料易得、易實現工業化等優點.所有化閤物的結構均經1H NMR,IR 和 HRMS 等方法確證.

Two novel 4-hydroxy-3-quinolinecarboxylates anticoccidial compounds were designed and synthesized through five-step reactions of nitrification,catalytic hydrogenation,condensation,etherification and closed loop response.The new process is characterized by a short synthetic route,high yield and cheap raw material,which is convenient for the commercial production.The structures of these compounds are confirmed by 1H NMR,IR spectra and HRMS.
