以瓶尔小草为原料采用醇提水沉一聚酰胺吸附、乙醇溶液梯度洗脱,得到不同洗脱物。在此基础上测定红外光谱(IR),并与黄酮类化合物对照品槲皮素、芦丁的红外光谱进行比较。结果表明,30%和50%乙醇溶液洗脱物红外光谱相似,60%和70%乙醇溶液洗脱物的红外光谱相似,而80%和90%乙醇溶液洗脱物的红外光谱有明显差异,初步指认了不同洗脱物的吸收特征峰,为瓶尔小草原料药的提取建立分析模式。

이병이소초위원료채용순제수침일취선알흡부、을순용액제도세탈,득도불동세탈물。재차기출상측정홍외광보(IR),병여황동류화합물대조품곡피소、호정적홍외광보진행비교。결과표명,30%화50%을순용액세탈물홍외광보상사,60%화70%을순용액세탈물적홍외광보상사,이80%화90%을순용액세탈물적홍외광보유명현차이,초보지인료불동세탈물적흡수특정봉,위병이소초원료약적제취건립분석모식。
The paper obtains different elution fractions by precipitating with alcohol extracting-water, absorbing with polyamide and gradient eluting with ethanol solution with Ophioglossum vlgatum L. as the material and analyzes them by Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy. The results are compared with infrared spectroscopy of flavonoids quercetin reference substance and rutin. The result shows that infrared spectroscopy of elution fractions with 30% and 50% ethanol solution mainly are similar to Ophioglossum vlgatum L., the infrared spectroscopy of elution fractions with 60% and 70% ethanol solution mainly are similar to Ophioglossum vlgatum L., while the infrared spectroscopy of elution fractions with 80% and 90% ethanol solution are evidently different from Ophioglossum vlgatum L. The characteristic absorption peaks of different elution fractions are described. This method can be used as establishing analysis pattern for extraction of Ophioglossum vlgatum L. crude drug.
