阳荷属野生姜科植物,是一种食药兼用的天然膳食纤维绿色食品。利用灰化法处理样品,用火焰原子吸收光谱法连续测定阳荷中铁、铜、锌、锰、钴、铬、镍、镉、铅9种微量元素的含量。结果:RSD%在0.66~4.38之间,加标回收率为99.8%~112%,阳荷中锰、锌、铁元素含量较高。
暘荷屬野生薑科植物,是一種食藥兼用的天然膳食纖維綠色食品。利用灰化法處理樣品,用火燄原子吸收光譜法連續測定暘荷中鐵、銅、鋅、錳、鈷、鉻、鎳、鎘、鉛9種微量元素的含量。結果:RSD%在0.66~4.38之間,加標迴收率為99.8%~112%,暘荷中錳、鋅、鐵元素含量較高。
양하속야생강과식물,시일충식약겸용적천연선식섬유록색식품。이용회화법처리양품,용화염원자흡수광보법련속측정양하중철、동、자、맹、고、락、얼、력、연9충미량원소적함량。결과:RSD%재0.66~4.38지간,가표회수솔위99.8%~112%,양하중맹、자、철원소함량교고。
Zingiber striolatum (Zingebraceae) is a natural medicinal dietary fiber food in China. The paper determines the content of trace elements in Zingiber striolatum and discovers that it contains iron, copper, zinc, manganese, cobalt, chromium, nickel, cadmium, lead, selenium by means of Flame atomic absorption spectrometry after treated by ash method. The result shows that the RSD% varies between 0.66-4.38, the recovery of standard addition varies between 99.80,/0- 112%, and a higher content of manganese, zinc, iron exists in it.
