This paper briefly introduces ⅢJD3000-DN2500 synthesis ammonia system structure, process parameters and process which is designed by trilinear (equilibrium line, the most appropriate temperature line, operating line) method, explains the effect of methane content in raw material gas in synthesizing ammonia from theory and operation effect. It also shows applications effect used in Jinhuarun, Fengxilinyi, Jindadi companies: in adverse conditions of pure less raw material gas and high methane cycle gas, producing ammonia 850-10(Odd, system pressure at 15.5-16.8MPa, synthetie tower (including waste heat boiler) resistance at 0.40-0.55MPa.
