简要介绍了在开展中国石油集团公司重大科技专项“大型氮肥工业化成套技术开发”前期,为了确定经济可行的生产装置规模,调查、研究了国内外以天然气为原料大型合成氨装置规模的发展趋势,综合分析了原料天然气的供应、产品市场、工艺技术可靠性、设备制造能力和运行可靠性等因素,认为2000t/d左右的合成氨装置规模应该是经济的,结合大氮肥技术开发项目确定装置规模为1500t/d合成氨。

The paper briefly introduces early in China Petroleum Corporation developing a major science and technology projects "large nitrogenous fertilizer industrialization sets technology development", surveying and researching in large-seale ammonia plants with natural gas as raw material home and abroad, analyzing supply of raw materials natural gas, product market, reliability of technology, capacity of equipment manufacturing and reliability of operating, in order to determine economical viable production unit scale and other factors comprehensively. And get following conclusion: 2 000t/d ammonia plant scales should be the economy, combined with nitrogen technology development projects to determine the scale of the device should be I 500t/d of.
