实践教学是高等教育教学工作的重要组成部分，更是培养学生创新精神的重要途径。针对如何在实践教学中培养学生的创新精神，文中从实验教师角度，从转变教育观念、改变教学方式、提高自身素质3个方面进行了初步的探讨。

Practice teaching is an important part of higher education, and furthermore, it is a main approach to foster a spirit of innovation. In this paper, preliminary discussion on the matter that how to cultivate students' innovation spirit is conducted from experiment teacher' viewpoint, including making the transition from the old teaching conception to the new, changing teaching method, and improving professional skill.
