文中阐述了传统实验教学存在的问题，介绍了对制糖工程的专业实验进行整合优化并独立设课的具体做法。实践表明，通过对实验教学体系、教学内容、教学方法、考核制度等方面的教学改革，提高了专业实验教学效果和人才培养质量。

In this paper, the problem of classic education of experimental course was described, and the specific practices on the independent experimental course of sugar engineering integration and optimization were introduced. The results showed, through the reform on teaching system, teaching contents, teaching methods and assess system, the teaching quality and talent cultivation were improved.
