在商洛市商州区以杨树林为对象，采用定点、定期观测和定期解剖树干相结合的方法，研究了云斑天牛幼虫生长发育及其危害特点，表明云斑天牛在本区2年发生1代，以幼虫和成虫在虫道或蛹室越冬，每年5～6月份是成虫发生盛期；成虫昼伏夜出，傍晚是日活动高峰；成虫补充营养期和幼虫期是控制其种群数量的最佳时期；采用人工和内吸性化学药剂进行防治，可有效控制其危害。

Longicorn beetles (Batocera horsfieldi Hope) is severe notorious trunk borer, damaging e conomic trees. It happens withl generation in two years in Shangzhou, Shaanxi Province. The larvae and pupae of the Batocera Horsfieldi spend overwintering in trunk tunnel, The adult occurrenced pri- marily in May and June every year. The adult is active in evening. The supplementary trophophase of the adult and the larvae stage are optimum period of controlling the population. Mannual measure and systemic pesticide were effective.
