Broussonetia papyrifera leaf nutrient
采用原子吸收分光光度计法,研究了光叶楮叶在10月中旬作为饲料原料收获时的营养成分,结果表明:在自然阴干条件下,叶楮叶片中含有氨基酸总量、蛋白质相对较高分别为17.25%、20.81%;粗纤维含量为9.59%,比在60℃烘干条件下降低了23.75个百分点,且Ca、K、Mg、Fe等矿物质含量分别为8124.9、4341.2、1770.8、47.8mg·kg-1,矿物质和微量元素不需人为添加就可基本满足动物生理活动需求;光叶楮叶可作为理想的高蛋白质饲料资源,自然阴干与日晒干燥相比较为经济。

Nutrients in the fresh leaves of Broussonetia papyrifera harvested in October were analyzed and determined by means of atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS). The result showed that under naturally drying condition, leaves of Broussonetia papyrifera contained higher total amino acid and protein, respectively,17.25% and 20.81%, and crude fibre content at 9. 5%, 23. 75% lower than that under 60℃ drying condition. Content of Ca,K,Mg and F were 8124.9,4341.2, 1770.8, 47.8 mg · kg-1 respectively,which could meet the demand of animal food without any addition of mineral ele- ments. Drying under natural condition was much economical and effective.
