Sediment characteristics Quaternary periglacial environment%implications significance southern slope of Mount Tai
针对泰山第四纪冰川有无的争议,在泰山南坡采集沉积物样品进行分析研究。孢粉分析结果显示优势植物种群为“松属+中华卷柏+蒿属+藜科”,指示的沉积环境为湿冷环境。扫描电镜观察石英颗粒表面,显示出边缘棱角清晰、具贝壳状断口和解理片的冰川环境特征。通过热释光测试得样品年龄为(30.54±2.59)kaB.P.,相当于末次冰期主冰期中的Paudorf-Stillfried间冰阶。根据泰山现代气候环境推演泰山古气候温度和降水量,得出泰山地区在末次冰期时具备了形成冰川的基本气候条件。鉴于Paudorf—Stillfried间冰阶持续的时间较短,因此初步推断该沉积物指示的古气候环境为冰缘环境。
針對泰山第四紀冰川有無的爭議,在泰山南坡採集沉積物樣品進行分析研究。孢粉分析結果顯示優勢植物種群為“鬆屬+中華捲柏+蒿屬+藜科”,指示的沉積環境為濕冷環境。掃描電鏡觀察石英顆粒錶麵,顯示齣邊緣稜角清晰、具貝殼狀斷口和解理片的冰川環境特徵。通過熱釋光測試得樣品年齡為(30.54±2.59)kaB.P.,相噹于末次冰期主冰期中的Paudorf-Stillfried間冰階。根據泰山現代氣候環境推縯泰山古氣候溫度和降水量,得齣泰山地區在末次冰期時具備瞭形成冰川的基本氣候條件。鑒于Paudorf—Stillfried間冰階持續的時間較短,因此初步推斷該沉積物指示的古氣候環境為冰緣環境。

Pointing to the disbute whether there is Quaternary glacier or not in Mount Tai, sedimentary samples have been collected and analyzed in southern slope of Mount Tai. As showed by Pollen analysis, dominant plant species were "Pinus + Selaginella + Artemisia + Chenopodiaceae", and the indicating sedimentary environment was cold and wet environment. By the observations of quartz grain surface by using scanning electron microscopy, it indicated some glacier environmental characteristics, that is the edges and corners were clear with conchoidal fracture and cleavage plane. The sample age was 30.54+2.59 ka B. P, which was equivalent with the Paudorf - Stillfried in middle glacial stage. According to the modern climate and environment, the temperature and precipitation about Mount Tai paleoclimate have been evaluated. It is found that Mount Taish region had the basic weather conditions of the formation of glaciers in the last glaciation. However, due to short time of Paudorf-Stillfried, it is regarded that the palaeoclimatic and environmental as indicated by the sediments was periglacial environments.
