采用不同方法制备了水铝钙石,通过FT-IR对其结构进行了表征,并以国外某品牌为参比样,采用刚果红、烘箱热老化、转矩流变仪、高阻仪等方法研究了其对聚氯乙烯热稳定性和体积电阻率的影响。结果表明,含PO3^3-的水铝钙石热稳定性较好,与参比样的性能水平相当。

Hydrocalumites synthesized by various means were analyzed and characterized by FT-IR. Ef- fects of the prepared hydrocalumites on thermal stability and volume resistivity of PVC were also studied by Congo red test, thermal aging test, torque theometer and high resistance meter, by comparison with a foreign sample. The results showed that the hydrocalumite containing P033- exhibited excellent thermal stability which was equivalent to the foreign sample's performance.
