研究了利用乙酰乙酸甲酯、氨基甲酸铵制备3-丁烯酸甲酯的方法,反应收率95.43%,但投料比、蒸馏方式、原料均对反应的收率和纯度有影响.反应的后续蒸馏不仅可以回收溶剂,同时可以回收反应体系中的副产物碳酸氢铵.此方法反应时间短,无污染,分离简便,产品收率高、纯度好.
研究瞭利用乙酰乙痠甲酯、氨基甲痠銨製備3-丁烯痠甲酯的方法,反應收率95.43%,但投料比、蒸餾方式、原料均對反應的收率和純度有影響.反應的後續蒸餾不僅可以迴收溶劑,同時可以迴收反應體繫中的副產物碳痠氫銨.此方法反應時間短,無汙染,分離簡便,產品收率高、純度好.

A novel method is introduced on the synthesis of methyl 3-aminocrotonate by methyl aceto- acetate with ammonium carbamate. The yield rate is 95.43%. The feed ratio,distillation and raw materials take effect on reaction and product purity. The subsequent distillation recycles solvents, and restores the by-product ammonium hydrogen carbonate during reaction. This method enjoys shorter reaction time,no pollution, easy separation, high yield and good purity.
