近年来渤海湾地区劳动力成本不断上升,劳动力成本上升通过影响消费需求、投资需求和进出口需求进而作用于整个经济系统。借助2001年—2010年数据,运用C-D模型定量分析了渤海湾区域劳动力成本上升对经济增长的影响,研究结果显示：劳动力成本上升对渤海湾地区总需求具有显著的正效应,即劳动力成本上升有助于促进渤海湾区域总需求的增长。因此,地方政府与企业都应牢牢抓住劳动力成本上升对地区经济发展和企业变革带来的契机,积极转变经济增长方式,促进经济健康快速发展。

Labor cost arising has been seen in the Bohai Bay Area for the last few years.Labor cost arising affects the whole economic system by influencing consumption demand,investment demand and import/ export demand.This article offers a C-D model quantitative analysis on the relationship between labor cost increasing and the aggregate demand in the Bohai Bay Area based on the data from 2001 to 2010.The study indicates a positive effect relation,that is to say,the labor cost increasing makes contribution to the increase of the aggregate demand in Bohai Bay Area.As a result,local government and enterprises are suggested to seize this good opportunity to change the mode of economic growth and promote healthy and fast economic development.
