基坑支护预应力锚杆采用KM系列锚具张拉锁定时,限位板凹槽深度和夹片尺寸不配套,会影响锁定力的大小.通过对预应力锚杆的现场测试,测定了合适的限位板凹槽深度,并获得了一些有益的结论,为类似工程中锚杆张拉时限位板凹槽深度和夹片尺寸选择提供了参考.

Using KM series locking tools on the prestressed anchor during the anchor locking, the locking stress will be reduced by the mismatch between the groove depth of the limited plate and the size of the splint. Based on the testing of the prestressed anchor on the construction site, the suitable groove depth of the limited plate is measured, and some useful conclusions are obtained. These will provide some experience for similar projects on choosing the groove depth of the limited plate and the size of the splint during the anchor tensing.
