通过某单建人防工程的工程实践，研究并应用了静态爆破与钻孔爆破相结合的施工技术．结合工程实际分析了周边建筑物结构形式、基础等情况，提出了在爆破施工过程中保障周边建筑物安全的施工工艺，得出了适合于本工程的爆破施工工艺．

In a single civil air-defence engineering practice, this paper studies and applies construction techniques of static blasting and drilling blasting. By combining the engineering example, it analyzes the structure form and foundation of the surrounding buildings, and advises the construction technology of how to guarantee the safety of surrounding buildings during the blasting construction process, then suggests the blasting construction technology for civil air-defenee engineering.
