结合宁居公寓项目地下基础施工过程,概述基础设计和施工方法的选择.记录逆作法在实际施工过程中的应用和各种监测数据,以及遇到的各种问题.优化了整个基坑结构的设计,有效组织施工顺序.通过总结逆作法的实际施工情况,表明该方法可以在不影响工期和建筑质量的前提下,增加地下空间的利用,最小化对周围建筑物地下基础的影响.

Combined with the construction practice of the deep basement of Nin Residence, this paper gives a brief introduction to the design and selection of method statement for basement construction. According to the date record of practical top-down system construction proceeding and the earth instrumentation report, and problems in construction, we can promote the design and the organization of construction flow process by summarizing the situation in the period of construction, as is supposed to improve the usage of underground space, and to minimize the affection to surrounding buildings existed that will not delay the project schedule and lower down the structure quality.
