直角扣件多用于钢管脚手架模板支撑系统，直角扣件的抗滑承载力则是扣件与钢管之间共同工作及有效传力的重要保证．通过对现场扣件检查发现，扣件若质量过轻，其产品尺寸不合理，影响扣件的力学性能，难以达到国家标准要求．根据《钢管脚手架扣件》（GB15831--2006）规范和施工现场实际的情况制作了简易试验模型，挑选了3组不同质量和1组扣件质量较轻且表观质量与规范要求不合格的直角扣件进行试验．通过在不同的力矩作用下对4种扣件进行的试验发现，扣件的抗滑承载力与施加力矩的大小、扣件重量以及扣件表观质量密切相关．最后给出了使用直角扣件的建议．

When right angle fasteners are widely used in steel scaffolding formwork support system,skid bearing capacity of the right-angled fasteners can make fasteners and steel pipe work an important guarantee for efficient power transmission. By check on the spot for fasteners, fasteners weight is too light and unreasonable in size, as would affect the mechanical properties of the fasteners, and it is difficult to meet the national standard requirements. Simple test models are produced according to "GB 15831--2006" specification and the actual situation of the construction site, including the three groups of different weight and a group of fasteners lighter and apparent unqualified right angle fasteners in tests. Test will be carried out for the different torque applied in four groups fasteners, so that the fastener skid bearing capacity is closely related to the size of the torque applied, fastener weight and fastener quality. The proposal of how to use right-angle fasteners is offered herewith.
