通过研究制造加工企业对机电类专业高职生员工的能力要求,从而建立机电类专业高职生就业力模型。调查表明,机电类专业高职生的再学习能力、敬业精神、发现及解决的问题能力、沟通协调能力及团队合作能力对其日后就业尤为重要,在此基础上总结出对高职院校机电类专业发展的启示。

The purpose of this research is to study the ability requirements of manufacturing enterprises for the electromechanical majors of higher vocational colleges in order to establish an employability model of Electromechanical Majors. The survey shows that the following abilities and skills are very important in seeking jobs: abilities of further study, professional dedication, abilities of discovering and solving problems, abilities and skills of communication team work. Hopefully, enlightenment can be produced to help develop the electromechanical specialty at higher vocational colleges.
