在碱性条件下,盐酸肼屈嗪对鲁米诺-铁氰化钾化学发光体系有强烈的增敏作用.结合流动注射技术,建立了流动注射化学发光测定盐酸肼屈嗪的新方法.在优化的实验条件下,测定盐酸肼屈嗪的线性范围为2.0×10-8 mol/L~1.0×10-6 mol/L,检出限为4×10-9 mol/L,对于浓度为6.0×10-7 mol/L的盐酸肼屈嗪连续测定11次,测定值的相对标准偏差为1.6%,以片剂为基体,用标准加入法检验方法的回收率,测得结果为99.1%~100.8%.该方法用于盐酸肼屈嗪片剂中盐酸肼屈嗪的定量分析,结果满意.

A highly sensitive chemiluminescence(CL) method for the determination of hydralazine hydrochloride by flow injection analysis was developed,based on that the CL intensity of Luminol-K3Fe(CN)6 systems was enhanced by hydralazine hydrochloride.The relationship between the CL intensity and the concentration of hydralazine hydrochloride was in a linear range from 2.0×10-8mol/L to 1.0×10-6mol/L.The detection limit of hydralazine hydrochloride was 4×10-9mol/L,precision of the method was tested at the content ration level of 6.0×10-7mol/L of hydralazine hydrochloride for 11 determinations,and value of RSD was 1.6%.Test for recovery was made by standard addition method using tablets samples as matrixes,results of recovery were in the range of 99.1%~100.8%.The proposed method was applied satisfactorily to the determination of hydralazine hydrochloride in tablets.
