实仓通风降温的试验表明:通过仓内风网的改造,与离心风机通风降温相比,利用小功率轴流风机能够在一个通风周期粮食水分减量少损失0.1%~0.2%,单位能耗降低了0.01kW·h/℃·t以上,达到减少粮食水分损失和降低单位通风能耗的目的。同时,通风口改进后,气密性更好,固定轴流风机操作更简单。
實倉通風降溫的試驗錶明:通過倉內風網的改造,與離心風機通風降溫相比,利用小功率軸流風機能夠在一箇通風週期糧食水分減量少損失0.1%~0.2%,單位能耗降低瞭0.01kW·h/℃·t以上,達到減少糧食水分損失和降低單位通風能耗的目的。同時,通風口改進後,氣密性更好,固定軸流風機操作更簡單。
실창통풍강온적시험표명:통과창내풍망적개조,여리심풍궤통풍강온상비,이용소공솔축류풍궤능구재일개통풍주기양식수분감량소손실0.1%~0.2%,단위능모강저료0.01kW·h/℃·t이상,체도감소양식수분손실화강저단위통풍능모적목적。동시,통풍구개진후,기밀성경호,고정축류풍궤조작경간단。
