介绍了一种新型浅圆仓入粮防分级设备——布粮器,依据动力学原理,建立了物料通过布粮器作用后各过程的动力方程。通过理论计算,获得了布粮器转速、抛掷距离与物料落差的关系,作为试验运行的依据。试验结果表明,使用变速布粮器装仓入粮是减缓仓内粮食杂质聚集的一种比较理想的措施。

This paper introduces a new type device for stratification of anti in squat silo grain spreader. Based on dynamic principle, the dynamic equations of granular materials in the process through the grain spreader were built. The theoretical calculation, won the grain spreader speed, thrown distance and the relationship between the material divide, as the basis for the trial operation. The test results show that, using variable speed grain spreader is slow impurities gathered more ideal measures in squat silo.
