对700kt/a冶炼烟气制酸钒催化剂的粉化原因进行了分析,总结出催化剂粉化的直接原因是转化温度低、烟气水含量高。针对制酸系统烟气浓度不稳定、水含量高、二级电除雾器出口烟气温度高、干燥效果不理想等问题采取相应处理措施,并对催化剂进行筛分重装处理,改造后转化工序总压降降至4.2—4.5kPa、总转化率提高至99.31%-99.76%。
對700kt/a冶煉煙氣製痠釩催化劑的粉化原因進行瞭分析,總結齣催化劑粉化的直接原因是轉化溫度低、煙氣水含量高。針對製痠繫統煙氣濃度不穩定、水含量高、二級電除霧器齣口煙氣溫度高、榦燥效果不理想等問題採取相應處理措施,併對催化劑進行篩分重裝處理,改造後轉化工序總壓降降至4.2—4.5kPa、總轉化率提高至99.31%-99.76%。

The causes of vanadium catalyst chalking in a 700 kt/a sulphuric acid plant based on off-gas were analyzed. It was concluded that two direct causes of catalyst chalking were too low temperature and too high moisture content in converter. Some measures were taken to dealt with the problems such as unstable sulphuric dioxide concentration and high moisture content in the inlet gas, high outlet gas temperature of secondary ESP and inefficient drying. Catalyst was screened and reinstalled. After that, total pressure drop of conversion section was reduced to 4.2- 5.4 kPa and the total conversion raised to 99.31% - 99.76%.
