采用硅胶G‰预制板,以氯仿一甲醇一甲酸(18:6:1)为展开剂,以槲皮素为参照物,对12批玫瑰花口服液进行展开,运用薄层扫描仪对样品进行单波长254nm扫描.结果表明,薄层色谱分离较好,经薄层扫描后发现12批样品有4个共有峰,并对他们进行了相似度评价.TLC显示,不同批次的玫瑰花口服液成分数目和含量上基本一致,可通过薄层色谱指纹图谱初步进行该制剂质量评价.

The sample solution was applied to the commercial silica gel F254 plate , chloroform, methanol-formic acid (18 : 6 : 1 ) as the solvent system,and quantitative analysis was carried out using UV absorptive scanning at 254nm. The TLC-FP of Rose Oral Liquid showed 4 characteristic connnon peaks. The pole graph based on the height of common peaks can be conveniently used to evaluatethe quality of different samples. It was the conformity in numbers of components and the contents between different batches of preparations, This TLC fingerprint method can be used to control the quality of Rose Oral Liquid.
