采用经济增长相关理论对发达地区（以珠三角部分地区为例）与南疆地区的经济数据进行对比分析，从而确定企业集群发展落后、产业结构落后、技术落后等因素是南疆地区经济的发展瓶颈．

By the related economic growth theories, based on the economic data of developed areas ,taking the part of Pearl River Delta area as an example ,comparative analysis has been done between developed areas and Southern XinJiang.Conclusion has been drawn that the undevelopment of enterprise clusters ,industrial structure and tech-nology were the bottleneck of economy development in Southern XinJiang.
