以田基黄为原料,选择乙醇质量分数、吸附温度和吸附时间为影响因子,总黄酮吸附率为响应值优化了大孔树脂对田基黄总黄酮的吸附工艺条件,应用Box-Behnken设计建立数学模型,并进行响应面分析.结果表明,用12%乙醇为溶剂,28℃温度下吸附36min,总黄酮的吸附率为87.14%.

With hypericum j aponicurn as material,adsorption technology of macroporous resin on the to- tal f!avones was optimized with ethanol concentration,adsorption temperature and adsorption time as in- fluencing factors and the adsorption rate of total flavones as response value. The mathematical model wasestablished according to Box-Behnken design method,and response surface of the experiment result was analysed. The results showed that adsorption rate of the total flavones was 87.14% with 12% ethanol as solvent at 28 ℃ for 36 min.
