以菇渣、锯木屑、珍珠岩作为有机生态型栽培基质,采用单纯形一格式设计方法,研究这3种基质对菠菜产量和品质的影响。结果表明,菇渣在提高产量及维生素C含量、降低硝酸盐含量上影响最大,锯木屑在降低可溶性草酸含量上效果最好。通过综合选优后,得到菠菜高产优质的适宜基质配比为菇渣:锯木屑:珍珠岩:0.27:0.5:0.23。

Scrap of woods, mushroom-grown cotton seed coat (MCSC) and perlite were used to act as ecological organic stroma, and simplex-lattice design method was applied to study the ef- fects of the three stromas on yield and quality of Spinacia oleracea L. The results showed that MCSC had maximum impact on increasing the yield and Vit C content and decreasing nitrate content. However, the effect of scrap of woods on decreasing oxalate content was the best. Through a comprehensive selection, the suitable proportion of stroma of high yield and quality was MCSC : scrap of woods : perlite equalling to 0.27 : 0.5 : 0.23.
