目的:运用64排螺旋CT冠脉序列扩大增强扫描结合回顾性心电门控技术研究在诊断大血管疾病方面的临床价值。方法:选择31例临床怀疑主动脉疾病患者,全部行64排螺旋CT平扫及冠脉序列扩大增强扫描加后续重建,观察主动脉夹层包括范围、破口位置、内膜病变,主动脉瘤及有无合并其他先天性疾病等,总结和归纳病灶的影像学表象及特征。结果:大血管疾病(如主动脉粥样硬化、主动脉夹层及并发的相关疾病、主动脉瘤及先天性疾病等)的影像表现在图像上显示清楚,能够确切显示微小病变结构,克服了搏动伪影等多种干扰因素。结论:运用64排螺旋CT冠脉序列扩大增强扫描结合回顾性心电门控技术可以在很大程度上克服大血管的搏动伪影,清晰显示血管壁、管腔以及病变波及的范围等,从而作出精准的诊断,对临床抢救及治疗发挥重要作用。
目的:運用64排螺鏇CT冠脈序列擴大增彊掃描結閤迴顧性心電門控技術研究在診斷大血管疾病方麵的臨床價值。方法:選擇31例臨床懷疑主動脈疾病患者,全部行64排螺鏇CT平掃及冠脈序列擴大增彊掃描加後續重建,觀察主動脈夾層包括範圍、破口位置、內膜病變,主動脈瘤及有無閤併其他先天性疾病等,總結和歸納病竈的影像學錶象及特徵。結果:大血管疾病(如主動脈粥樣硬化、主動脈夾層及併髮的相關疾病、主動脈瘤及先天性疾病等)的影像錶現在圖像上顯示清楚,能夠確切顯示微小病變結構,剋服瞭搏動偽影等多種榦擾因素。結論:運用64排螺鏇CT冠脈序列擴大增彊掃描結閤迴顧性心電門控技術可以在很大程度上剋服大血管的搏動偽影,清晰顯示血管壁、管腔以及病變波及的範圍等,從而作齣精準的診斷,對臨床搶救及治療髮揮重要作用。
목적:운용64배라선CT관맥서렬확대증강소묘결합회고성심전문공기술연구재진단대혈관질병방면적림상개치。방법:선택31례림상부의주동맥질병환자,전부행64배라선CT평소급관맥서렬확대증강소묘가후속중건,관찰주동맥협층포괄범위、파구위치、내막병변,주동맥류급유무합병기타선천성질병등,총결화귀납병조적영상학표상급특정。결과:대혈관질병(여주동맥죽양경화、주동맥협층급병발적상관질병、주동맥류급선천성질병등)적영상표현재도상상현시청초,능구학절현시미소병변결구,극복료박동위영등다충간우인소。결론:운용64배라선CT관맥서렬확대증강소묘결합회고성심전문공기술가이재흔대정도상극복대혈관적박동위영,청석현시혈관벽、관강이급병변파급적범위등,종이작출정준적진단,대림상창구급치료발휘중요작용。
Objective : Aims at discussing the clinical value of the application of 64-slice spiral CT coronary artery sequence contrast-enhanced scan with retrospective ECG-gating technique on the diagnosis of macro vascular diseases. Methods : 31 cases of clinically suspected patients with aortic diseases were selected to conduct 64-slice spiral CT scan and coronary artery sequence contrast-enhanced scan plus follow-up reconstruction. By observing aortic dissection (including range, site of crevasse and intima lesion), aortic aneurysms and whether complicated with other congenital diseases, imaging characteristics of the lesion were concluded. Results : The imaging manifestations of macro vascular diseases (such as aortic atherosclerosis, aortic dissection and complications, aortic aneurysms, congenital diseases, etc.) were shown clearly on the graphs, and minimal lesions can be shown accurately, reducing interfering factors like motion artifacts. Conclusion : The application of 64-slice spiral CT coronary artery sequence contrast-enhanced scan with retrospective ECG-gating technique can considerably reduce motion artifacts of great vessels and distinctly show vessel wall, lumen and range of lesions, thus making an accurate diagnosis, which is important to clinical rescue and treatment.
