用光栅、霍尔片、同名磁极、数显游标卡尺和改装后的迈克尔逊干涉仪组合成光电放大位移综合测微仪。在此仪器上用光栅放大位移法、霍尔式微位移传感器法和干涉条纹放大位移法测量微小长度。
用光柵、霍爾片、同名磁極、數顯遊標卡呎和改裝後的邁剋爾遜榦涉儀組閤成光電放大位移綜閤測微儀。在此儀器上用光柵放大位移法、霍爾式微位移傳感器法和榦涉條紋放大位移法測量微小長度。

Investigated a opto-electrical amplifier displacement composite amesdial which is composed of grating, hall element, homopolar magnet, digital caliper and converted Michelson interferometer. Three different ways of measuring tiny distance (grating amplifying displacement method, hall tiny distance transducer method and interference fringe amplifying displacement method) are applied with the equipment.
