当前独立学院教育生态存在着科学教育与人文教育,单向度的政治教育与多元文化社会环境,学校人格塑造教育内部结构的三大失衡。因此,必须明确人文素质的教育目标,尊重独立学院大学生的特点,开展全面人格教育,强化大学生的通识教育,实施人文素质教育改革和创新。北京理工大学珠海学院在应用型人才人文素质培养上,采用建构主义的教学理念,坚持知识教育、能力教育、价值观教育和人格教育的有机统一,实现以知识教育为依托,以能力教育为主要内容,落实价值观教育,以塑造全面发展的人格为目标,初步形成了独立学院应用型人才人文素质培养模式。
噹前獨立學院教育生態存在著科學教育與人文教育,單嚮度的政治教育與多元文化社會環境,學校人格塑造教育內部結構的三大失衡。因此,必鬚明確人文素質的教育目標,尊重獨立學院大學生的特點,開展全麵人格教育,彊化大學生的通識教育,實施人文素質教育改革和創新。北京理工大學珠海學院在應用型人纔人文素質培養上,採用建構主義的教學理唸,堅持知識教育、能力教育、價值觀教育和人格教育的有機統一,實現以知識教育為依託,以能力教育為主要內容,落實價值觀教育,以塑造全麵髮展的人格為目標,初步形成瞭獨立學院應用型人纔人文素質培養模式。

At present, the independent college education ecology exists three imbalances: science educa-tion and humanities education, unidirectional political education and multicultural social environment, and the internal structure of school personality education. Therefore, the humanistic quality education target must be made clear, independent college students' characteristics must be respected, personality education must be developed, students' general education must be strengthened, and reform and innovation of human- istic quality education must be carried out. The Zhuhai campus of Beijing Institute of Technology in applica- tion typed talents cultivation of humane quality, using constructivist teaching ideas, adheres to the organic unification of the knowledge education, ability education, value education and personality education, reali-zes knowledge education as the basis, ability education as the main content, implementation of values edu-cation, all-round development of personality as the goal, and initially forms the humanistic quality cultiva-tion mode of applied talents in independent college.
