通过系统的励志歌曲演唱以及情境激发干预策略,试验激励训练对引导大学生积极行为和负面情绪宣泄的有效性;利用励志歌曲对情绪的巨大影响作用来调节干预大学生的情绪行为,结果表明,学生接受励志歌曲的激励训练后心境和情绪有显著变化。
通過繫統的勵誌歌麯縯唱以及情境激髮榦預策略,試驗激勵訓練對引導大學生積極行為和負麵情緒宣洩的有效性;利用勵誌歌麯對情緒的巨大影響作用來調節榦預大學生的情緒行為,結果錶明,學生接受勵誌歌麯的激勵訓練後心境和情緒有顯著變化。
통과계통적려지가곡연창이급정경격발간예책략,시험격려훈련대인도대학생적겁행위화부면정서선설적유효성;이용려지가곡대정서적거대영향작용래조절간예대학생적정서행위,결과표명,학생접수려지가곡적격려훈련후심경화정서유현저변화。
By singing inspirational songs systematically and applying situational motivation intervention strategies,this research explored the validity of incentive training on conducting college students' behaviors and releasing negative emotions.It introduced the method to adjust and intervene college students' emotion-directed behaviors through the tremendous influences of inspirational songs.The result indicated that significant changes have taken place on students' mental state and emotion after receiving incentive training of inspirational songs.
