    As a new medium,micro-blog has profound impact on society.It also changes people's lifestyle.This paper analysed the bias of communication of micro-blogs from the perspectives of content and relational dimension based on "the bias of communication".And it put forward the necessity and rationality of finding relationship in micro-blog's spreading environment.
