从学校、学生、教师、知识四个维度分析应用型专业本科生培养中出现的专业技能与应用素养缺失的问题,根据本科生导师制的内涵,指出导师制实施的价值在于帮助学校实现人才培养目标,使学生增强学习意识、习得默会知识、提高专业技能、应用素养,促进教师专业发展。导师制实施的路径为确定目标、多元组织形式、采用现代信息技术、评价反馈等。

In this paper, the problems of lacking professional skills and application literacy in the cultivation of undergraduates of applied majors are analyzed from four dimensions, such as university, students, teachers and knowledge. Based on the conception of tutorial system for undergraduates, the paper points out its value in helping school achieve its talent training goal, helping students increase their learning consciousness, obtain tacit knowledge, improve professional skills and application literacy, and promoting teachers' professional development. The implementation of tutorial system involves goal setting, diversified organization forms, the application of modem information technology as well as evaluation and feedback.
