通过引入风险矩阵管理,建立一种基于检测结果的区域性流通环节食品安全风险等级评估方法。对系统中风险指标的检测结果、危害情况作出定性或定量的分析,最终确定监管风险等级,为政府监管部门科学监管提出一种科学方法,从而实现食品安全风险可管理操作,为食品安全预警提供科学依据。

Risk management matrix was introduced to establish a risk rating assessment method for food safety su- pervision in regional circulation, based on the detection results. Qualitative and quantitative analysis was made by detecting results and hazardous condition of risk indicators in system. The risk rate for supervision was determined to provide governmental supervising departments with a scientific method, which made for food safety risk manage- ment operable and formed a scientific basis for precaution of food security.
