为了分析鸟王茶品质,采用电感耦合等离子体一质谱法测定责定鸟王茶和福鼎大白茶叶中幼叶、芽、老叶中14种元素含量,并采用NY659.2003和NY/T288—2012评价重金属含量的安全性以及有益微量元素。结果表明,贵州鸟王茶茶叶中重金属Cr、Cd、Hg、As、Cu、Pb含量低于标准限量指标要求。鸟王茶幼叶、芽中Fe、Mn、V的含量低子老叶,Zn、C0、Se、Ni、Mo含量高于老叶;鸟王茶幼叶、芽中Fe、Zn、Mn的含量高于福鼎大白,Ni和Mo含量低于福鼎大白,而Se和V无明显差异;鸟王茶中幼叶、芽和老叶的Se含量均达到((NY/T600-2002富硒茶》中富硒茶含量要求,为富硒茶叶。

In order to analyze the quality of Niaowang tea, 14 elements in spires, buds and old leaves of both Niaowang tea and Fuding tea were determined by using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The trace elements and heavy metals were evaluated by the standards of NY659-2003 and NY/T 288-2012. Results showed that the contents of Cr, Cd, Hg, As, Cu and Pb in Niaowang tea were lower than the standard limit re- quirements. Contents of Fe, Mn and V in spires and buds were lower than that in old leaves, while Zn, Co, Se, Ni and Mo were higher in spires and buds. Compared with Fuding tea, contents of Fe, Zn and Mn were higher in Niaowang tea, but Ni and Mo were lower. The contents of Se and V did not have notable difference. The content of Se in spires, and buds and old leaves of Niaowang tea satisfied the requirement of standard NY/T 600-2002 and Niaowang tea was regarded as Se-rich tea.
