采用HN0i微波消解,ICP—MS测定了茶叶中的38种元素,并从方法的线性、检出限、准确度、精密度和回收率方面进行了验证,实验表明其中35种元素的线性r〉0.9960,精密度RSD〈3%,回收率在89.3%~111.2%之间,满足实际样品检测的需求。本方法可以通过一次消化快速测定茶叶样品中35种元素,结果准确可靠、快速灵敏,缩短了检测周期。

A method was used to determine 38 elements in tea by using ICP-MS after microwave digestion with ni- trate, which was validated from the aspects of linearity, detection limit, accuracy, precision and recovery rate. Re- sults showed that 35 elements met the requirements of real sample detection, with linear r 〉 0. 9960, RSD 〈 3 % and recoveries 89.3 % -111.2 %. This method could detect 35 elements from tea samples by rapid determination through single digestion. The results were accurate, reliable, rapid and sensitive. The method could shorten the testing time.
