通过理论分析、现实分析和比较分析，探索性地提出了贵州少数民族地区人才资源开发的发展趋势，目的是试图构建贵州少数民族地区科学的人才资源开发模式，为政府及有关部门提供决策参考和实践运用，促进贵州少数民族地区社会经济的跨越式发展以及和谐社会的全面实现。
通過理論分析、現實分析和比較分析，探索性地提齣瞭貴州少數民族地區人纔資源開髮的髮展趨勢，目的是試圖構建貴州少數民族地區科學的人纔資源開髮模式，為政府及有關部門提供決策參攷和實踐運用，促進貴州少數民族地區社會經濟的跨越式髮展以及和諧社會的全麵實現。
통과이론분석、현실분석화비교분석，탐색성지제출료귀주소수민족지구인재자원개발적발전추세，목적시시도구건귀주소수민족지구과학적인재자원개발모식，위정부급유관부문제공결책삼고화실천운용，촉진귀주소수민족지구사회경제적과월식발전이급화해사회적전면실현。
In this paper, theoretical analysis, practical analysis and comparative analysis based on (research results have been published), exploratory Guizhou proposed human resource the development trend. The purpose is to try to build in Guizhou minority areas to develop a scientific model of human resources for the Government and relevant departments to provide decision - making and practical application, the promotion of ethnic minority areas in Guizhou by leaps and bounds in the socio- economic development, as wen as the full realization of a harmonious society.
