唾液腺的主要功能是分泌唾液，其各种疾病均会造成唾液腺功能的下降，特别是唾液腺的阻塞性疾病。本文综述了引起唾液腺功能下降的常见原因，以及目前唾液腺功能的评价方法，以期在临床上为唾液腺疾病的治疗疗效判断提供一些客观依据。

Secreting saliva is the main function of salivary glands, and salivary function’s declining is a common feature because of a variety of salivary gland diseases, especially the obstructions. This review will focus on com-mon reasons that can lead to the functional changes in the salivary glands, and evaluate the functions of the sali-vary glands. Thus, it can provide objective standards for the evaluation of clinical therapy of salivary gland disease.
