牙周病是人类患病率较高的口腔疾病且与全身疾病密切相关，严重影响患者健康。彻底去除牙石和良好控制菌斑是牙周基础治疗的重点，超声治疗是临床上常用的去除牙石的方法，本文将从菌斑控制、牙石去除和牙周组织再生3个方面综述超声在牙周病防治中的应用。

Periodontal disease is the higher prevalent oral disease which is closely related to systemic diseases. Complete removal of dental calculus and plaque control is the focus of periodontal initial therapy. Ultrasonic e-quipment is commonly used in clinical to remove dental calculus. This article reviewed the application of ultra-sound in the prevention and therapy of periodontal diseases from plaque control, dental calculus removal and peri-odontal tissue regeneration.
