地方普通高校肩负着为地方经济发展培养高素质人才的重要使命。针对当前地方高校音乐专业在人才培养模式上存在的诸多问题，指出应明确确立地方高校音乐专业应用型人才的培养目标及要求，并在此基础上提出了音乐专业应用型人才培养模式的改革措施。
地方普通高校肩負著為地方經濟髮展培養高素質人纔的重要使命。針對噹前地方高校音樂專業在人纔培養模式上存在的諸多問題，指齣應明確確立地方高校音樂專業應用型人纔的培養目標及要求，併在此基礎上提齣瞭音樂專業應用型人纔培養模式的改革措施。
지방보통고교견부착위지방경제발전배양고소질인재적중요사명。침대당전지방고교음악전업재인재배양모식상존재적제다문제，지출응명학학입지방고교음악전업응용형인재적배양목표급요구，병재차기출상제출료음악전업응용형인재배양모식적개혁조시。
local universities undertake the important mission of fostering high-quality talents for local e- conomy. Based on the series problems in the current model of fostering application-oriented talents of music education in local universities, the paper first stresses the purposes and requirements of fostering application-oriented talents of music education in local universities and then puts forward the reform measures on model of fostering application-oriented talents of music education.
