传统课堂上,教师以知识讲解为主,提问时使用展示性问题明显多于参考性问题,学生参加第二课堂的积极性不高,这些现象不利于学生语言输出,制约了学生把所学知识转化为语言运用能力,导致高职英语课堂生态的失衡。对此,教师要努力营造三维平衡的生态环境即输入与输出的平衡、知识与能力的平衡、课内与课外的平衡,从而让课堂成为具有整体性和可持续性的良性的生态系统,提高高职英语教学效率。

전통과당상,교사이지식강해위주,제문시사용전시성문제명현다우삼고성문제,학생삼가제이과당적적겁성불고,저사현상불리우학생어언수출,제약료학생파소학지식전화위어언운용능력,도치고직영어과당생태적실형。대차,교사요노력영조삼유평형적생태배경즉수입여수출적평형、지식여능력적평형、과내여과외적평형,종이양과당성위구유정체성화가지속성적량성적생태계통,제고고직영어교학효솔。
Traditionally, teachers in higher vocational college talk too much about knowledge and use more display ques- tions than students' reference questions, students are negative to attend the second classroon activities, which are harmful for output of English language and transformation from knowledge into skills in language use. As a result, the im- balance of classroom ecology came into being. This paper holds that the teacher is required to keep three -dimentional balance, i. e. , the balance of input and output, the balance of knowledge and skill, and the balance of in - class and out - of - class activities, and make the classroom teaching ecologic with integrity and sustainability, so as to improve ef- ficiency of English teaching.
