目的:研究对比不同清洗方法对妇科吸宫管腔器械的清洗效果,找出有效的清洗方法。方法:随机抽取人流术后妇科吸宫管270根,分成3组,每组90根。A组手工清洗;B组高压水枪+全自动清洗机;C组手工清洗+高压水枪+软毛刷+全自动超声清洗机+细头长棉签通管。结果:潜血阳性率检测,A组为53.3%,B组为44.4%,C组为3.3%,且管腔越细越难清洗。结论:对妇科吸宫管的腔内清洗应采用多酶浸泡后,高压冲洗,超声清洗机清洗,洗后长棉签通管效果最佳。器械清洗质量同时受吸官管使用时间、管腔直径、高压冲洗时间与方法等诸多因素影响,消除器械清洗中的不良因素,是提高清洗质量的关键。

목적:연구대비불동청세방법대부과흡궁관강기계적청세효과,조출유효적청세방법。방법:수궤추취인류술후부과흡궁관270근,분성3조,매조90근。A조수공청세;B조고압수창+전자동청세궤;C조수공청세+고압수창+연모쇄+전자동초성청세궤+세두장면첨통관。결과:잠혈양성솔검측,A조위53.3%,B조위44.4%,C조위3.3%,차관강월세월난청세。결론:대부과흡궁관적강내청세응채용다매침포후,고압충세,초성청세궤청세,세후장면첨통관효과최가。기계청세질량동시수흡관관사용시간、관강직경、고압충세시간여방법등제다인소영향,소제기계청세중적불량인소,시제고청세질량적관건。
Objective: To research the best way for gynecological suction tubes cleaning with different methods. Methods: We randomly selected gynecological suction tubes with a total of 270. Group A, 90tubes with hand cleaning. Group B, 90 tubes with high pressure water jets and cleaning machine, Group C, 90 tubes ,with a hand cleaning + rinse with high pressure water jets+ ultrasonic cleaning machine and then a long cotton swabs through tubes. Results: In the group A, Occult blood rate is 53.3%, group B,44.4%, group C, 3.5%. The tubes with finer the more difficult cleaning. Conclusion: The best way of Gynecological suction tube cavity cleaning is multi-enzyme soak, high pressure washing, and then placed inthe ultrasonic washer, washed with a long cotton swab through the tubes. At the same time ,the quality of equipment cleaning is affected by many factors, such as, the time of high pressure washing, using time of the tube, tube cavity diameter, etc. To improve the quality of cleaning and to elimination of the adverse factors in the equipment cleaning is the most important.
