目的：建立本实验室应用免疫透射比浊法测定成人血清视黄醇结合蛋白（RBP）的参考值范围。方法：使用全自动生化分析仪和免疫透射比浊法试剂盒检测广州地N500名健康成年男性和女性新鲜空腹静脉血清中RBP，按照年龄和性别分别统计其结果，将均数±1．96标准差确定为参考值范围。结果：检测结果在任意两个年龄段之间差异均无统计学意义（t=1．972，P〉0．05），但男、女性别之间差异有统计学意义（t=1．965，P〈0．05）：男性为49．3±11．8mg／L，女性为46．2±12．3mg／L。结论：本实验室应用免疫透射比浊法测定成人血清RBP的参考值范围确定为：男性49．3±23．1mg／L，女性46．2±24．1mg／L;在建立参考值范围时应考虑和分析仪器、检测方法、地域、年龄、性别等影响因素。

Objective: To establish our laboratory reference range of adult's retinol-binding protein(RBP) determined used immune turbidimetric method in serum. Methods: Using automatic biochemical analyzer and kit of immune turbidimetric method for detection of RBP in fresh fasting venous serum of 500cases healthy adults' men and women in Guangzhou district, According to age and gender statistics results, mean_+l.96 standard deviation is determined for the reference value range. Results: The test results in no significant differencebetween any two ages(t = 1.972, P〉0.05), but significant differences between the sexes(t = 1.965, P〈0.05): male was 49.3± 11.8 mg/L, the female was 46.2±12.3 mg / L. Conclusion: Our laboratory's reference value ranges of adult's RBP determined used immune turbidimetric method in serum is Identified as follows: males 49.3±23. lmg/L, female 46.2±24.1mg / L; the instrument, analytical method, region, age ,gender and other influence factors should be considered and analyzed When establishing the reference ranges.
