1,25-(OH)2D3是维生素D3经肝、肾代谢后的主要活性形式,其生物学效应是由VDR介导的.1,25-(OH)2D3与VDR结合被活化后,参与维持体内矿物质动态平衡、钙及磷酸根代谢、骨代谢、调节多种组织细胞的生长分化,并具有免疫调节、抑制肿瘤、抗炎等作用.
1,25-(OH)2D3是維生素D3經肝、腎代謝後的主要活性形式,其生物學效應是由VDR介導的.1,25-(OH)2D3與VDR結閤被活化後,參與維持體內礦物質動態平衡、鈣及燐痠根代謝、骨代謝、調節多種組織細胞的生長分化,併具有免疫調節、抑製腫瘤、抗炎等作用.
1,25-(OH)2D3시유생소D3경간、신대사후적주요활성형식,기생물학효응시유VDR개도적.1,25-(OH)2D3여VDR결합피활화후,삼여유지체내광물질동태평형、개급린산근대사、골대사、조절다충조직세포적생장분화,병구유면역조절、억제종류、항염등작용.
1,25 - (OH)2D3 is the active form of Vitamin D3 after the metabolism of liver and kidney and its biologi- cal effect is mediated by VDR. 1,25 - (OH)2D3 which is combined with VDR and then is activated, keeps the ac- tive balance of minerals in the body, maintains the metabolism of calcium, phosphate and bone. It can growth and differentiation of cells. And it has immunity, inhibits tumor and soothes inflammation.
