以乙二胺和钛酸四丁酯作为原料,采用改进的溶胶-凝胶法合成了碳掺杂TiO2可见光响应的光催化材料.以XRD、TEM、XPS、UV-vis等手段对样品进行了表征.结果表明:碳掺杂可以阻止样品由锐钛矿相向金红石相的转变,同时还可以抑制晶粒的生长.碳取代晶格中氧原子形成Ti—C键和O—Ti—C键,它能改变TiO2的能带结构,诱导可见光响应,还可提供新的活性点;碳掺杂400℃煅烧的样品具有较强的可见光响应.可见光下降解亚甲基蓝(MB)的结果表明:乙二胺加入1 mL,煅烧温度400℃时的样品具有最高的可见光光催化活性.

Carbon doped TiO2 photocatalysts were synthesized by a simple sol -gel process using tetrabutyl titanate (TBT) and ethylenediamine as precursors and characterized by XRD, TEM, UV -vis and XPS methods. Results showed that carbon doping could not only efficiently inhibit the grain growth but also suppress the phase transition of anatase to rutile. XPS results presented that the Ti--C and O--Ti--C bonds have been formed, which can extend the optical absorption into visible light region and induce new active sites. When the volume of ethylenediamine is 1 mL and calcined at 400℃, the degradation rate of MB over the sample was the highest than other samples.
