By analyzing the characteristics of postgraduates and the problems in the moral education of postgraduate,this article proposed the counselor to enhance their own quality education in ideals and beliefs,to build a people-oriented platform for training students' practical ability and innovation ability, to innovate the work ideas and promote the management level in strengthening the moral education of postgraduate effectively.
